This policy applies to all transactions made with Shastho Limited for the booking of healthcare appointments, diagnostic tests, and the purchase of Shastho Plans/Shastho Card subscriptions.

3. Eligibility for Refund

3.1 Healthcare Appointment and Diagnostic Test Booking

Customers are eligible for a refund if payment has been made for a service that was not delivered as promised by the healthcare provider.

3.2 Shastho Plans/Shastho Card Subscription

  • a. Customers who have not received the Shastho Card within 8 working days of payment and wish to cancel their subscription are eligible for a refund.
  • b. Customers who wish to cancel their subscription after receiving the Shastho Card must request to chancel the subscription within 8 days of payment and return the Shastho Card to the Company's office within 5 working days of their cancellation request to qualify for a refund. Failure to return the card within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the refund request.

4. Refund Process

All refunds will be issued through the same payment medium used at the time of the original transaction. The Company will process refunds within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of refund eligibility.

To initiate a refund, customers must provide proof of the transaction and, where applicable, evidence that the service was not delivered by the healthcare provider as expected.
