    • Healthcare Appointment and Diagnostic Test Booking: Eligible for a refund if the service was not provided as expected by the healthcare provider. The refund will be issued through the same payment medium used for the transaction.
    • Shastho Plans/Shastho Card Subscription: Customers wishing to cancel their subscription can request a refund under specific conditions outlined in our detailed refund policy.
